COVENTRY: After recently adding seven new courses to its training programme, local plumbers' merchant Graham is now able to offer its customers a whole suite of online learning modules, thanks to the Greenworks Learning Gateway.

Free to access for Graham account holders, the e-learning courses make it possible to get to grips with new product innovations and changes to legislation, as soon as they are introduced. Because they are available online, users are able to work at their own pace, making the process incredibly simple and straightforward.

Complementing the existing range of modules available, the seven new courses are designed to help users become familiar with changes in the renewables market. The new modules covered include an introduction to wireless controls, changes to Part L of the Building Regulations from 2010, new boiler ranges, an introduction to unvented hot water systems and an overview of 3G metric and imperial fittings for cold water services.

For those who are looking to educate other members of their team, the Greenworks Learning Gateway also offers a 'manage my team' function which enables multiple users to log in and view content at the same time - the progress of those taking part can be easily viewed online, too.

Ian Kenny, marketing director at Graham, said: "We continually update our e-learning offering in response to customer feedback. The host of new courses now on offer can add real value to those who view them, helping our customers to make an informed decision when selecting and installing products and systems in the future."
