HERTFORDSHIRE: Following a period of extensive growth, Minster Insulation and Dry Lining has relocated its Cambridge branch to much larger premises, situated 19 miles away in Royston.

The new two-acre site has increased capacity by approximately 60%, enabling the company to offer a wider variety of choice to its customers, as well as a more streamlined service.

Branch manager, Dave Grant, commented: "The move is a fantastic opportunity for us to build on the reputation for great customer service we have already established in Cambridge. The larger site has more than doubled our storage space, meaning we can stock a far greater range and volume of products, all of which is beneficial to the customer.

"We have also increased our delivery fleet size, with a new lorry on the road ensuring orders reach their destination in an efficient and timely fashion.

“Our branch staff are also moving to the new location so our customers can rest assured that they can still depend on the same friendly faces and professional advice they were used to at the previous site."

Minster, Mr Grant said, has enjoyed meteoric growth since the company was created in 2004. “Key to our success has been a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, coupled with specialist technical support. We also have a comprehensive selection of both established and newly-developed products at a competitive price. All of this is underpinned by a delivery service that sees goods arrive on time, in pristine condition and correct first time.”
