WARRINGTON: Travis Perkins is one of three companies expected to occupy nearly 93,000sqm at the Omega North warehouse development at the M62 motorway site. Market speculation says that Travis Perkins will take about 37,000sqm.
The spate of deals is a testament to an increasingly acute shortage of well prepared warehouse sites, say local agents.
Paul Cook, director at CBRE, said: "Omega was always a fantastic site, but since the recession land values have been written down and infrastructure investment is going in, both of which mean it is now ready to sign deals."
