Grafton Group reports full-year 2012 pre-tax profit of £33.5m, up from £10.3m last year.
Adjusted pre-tax profit for the year was £59.7m, profit attributable to the company surged to £41.12m and adjusted EBITDA was £114.7m compared to last year’s £97.4m.
Revenues totalled £2.17bn, up from £2.5bn last year.
Finance director Colm ó Nualláin will retire from Grafton in January next year when he turns 60. Mr ó Nualláin joined Grafton in 1989 and was appointed finance director in 1990.
Richard Jewson will stand down from the board after 18 years as a non-executive director.
