This year's Women Who Mean Business (WWMB) Awards have presented Christine Wilde, managing director of building components manufacturer Catnic, two awards: Best Business Leader and Woman of the Year 2013.
Taking place on International Women's Day, this year's WWMB Awards, which took place at the prestigious Vale Resort & Spa, was the third awards ceremony for WWMB. The event saw female business leaders from across Wales gather for the chance to be recognised for their inspirational efforts within business.
Ms Wilde has been with Catnic for 21 years, having worked her way up through the business. In this time, she has dealt with many challenges, including prejudice in such a male-orientated sector. Her success is down to hard work, determination, a clear strategy and teamwork.
Ms Wilde has said: "I am extremely proud of winning both Best Business Leader and Woman of the Year 2013. It is great to be a part of an event alongside other inspirational women."
