The Construction Products Association has recently launched a blog, intended to “expand on current news and events relevant to Construction Products”.

Diana Montgomery, the Association’s chief executive, explained: “In response to demand from our members and wider stakeholders, we’re pleased to announce the launch of the Construction Products Association blog. Our economics, technical, sustainability and external affairs teams will regularly contribute content, affording us an opportunity to expand on current news and events relevant to Construction Products.

“We’re looking forward to engaging with the wider audience through this new platform, and hope you’ll find it of value and interest. By its very nature, the blog is meant to encourage feedback and discussion, so please don’t hesitate to share opinions and ideas. Our Association can only benefit from your contribution.

“Our first blog post touches briefly on events from a very productive week when we met with the Minister of State for Business & Energy at our exhibition at BIS, held our AGM and annual lunch, commented on Q1 GDP numbers, and arranged interviews on the BBC and Channel 4 with our economics director and chairman, respectively.”
