Oliver Widdowson has been appointed as head of customer services at Twyford Bathrooms, with the responsibility of managing the internal sales and after-sales teams, reporting to commercial operations director Brent Hudson.
Mr Widdowson joins Twyford from Spectrum Brands, where he was customer operations manager. Prior to that he worked in various supply chain roles from customer service to planning and forecasting, and working with key high-street retailers, manufacturers and third-party suppliers.
“I’m thoroughly enjoying my new role and looking forward to the challenges and opportunities for improvement that lie ahead in a flourishing business environment,” said Mr Widdowson.
Mr Hudson said: “Customers drive our success, and Oliver brings expertise in strategic areas to help build and maintain strong relationships, and deliver effective results both for our customers and our business.”
Twyford Bathrooms has made another appointment recently, with Kara Virgo taking the role of business support & specification manager.
