LONDON: B&Q is opening TradePoint counters in four of its London locations: Wandsworth, Sidcup, Eltham and Chiswick.

B&Q's trade arm has 120 counters across the UK, including 14 in the London area, while TradePoint 'order and collection' points are also available in more than 200 other B&Q stores.

Ian Herrett, TradePoint director said: "Tradesmen across London will be pleased to hear that we're opening new counters to meet the demand for general building products including building products, plumbing, electrical, kitchens, bathrooms, work wear and expert advice. This means that we're on the hunt for a range of candidates to join the Trade Point team who have a passion for everything trade-related."

B&Q parent Kingfisher launched TradePoint in March last year with a £26m investment.
