LEICESTER: Engineers and project teams from engineering and construction have attended an exhibition organised by BSS Industrial, showcasing innovative and sustainable products

The day saw nine leading manufacturers exhibiting at the Balfour Beatty Engineering Services Modular Systems+ facility.

The event was a chance for engineers to attend product demonstrations and discover the options that are available to meet energy challenges on commercial applications. BSS Industrial also used the event to showcase its own brand BOSS products and the new above ground solutions which are available through BSS Drainage outlets.

Tom Wilson, business development director for BSS Industrial, said: "Balfour Beatty Engineering Services is one of the UK's largest mechanical and electrical building services businesses, so this was a unique opportunity for us to demonstrate what we can offer and to build a stronger working relationship with them.

"There is a vast range of solutions on the market so it was a real advantage to be able to put forward the most innovative and sustainable from a leading selection of manufacturers."

Bob Francis, director at Modular Systems+, added: "The day was a good opportunity for our engineers to see a range of products that were handpicked to suit their working requirements. Making sure we choose sustainable as well as innovative solutions is important for us to remain competitive and provide the best service to the end-user."
