Users can enjoy fast access to the latest special offers, local branch and showroom locations, electronic invoicing services, as well as catching up with the latest news from Channel Graham.
After gaining customer feedback, Graham has strengthened its growing online services even further with the launch of the new mobile website. For the first time,users can order all Graham’s trade and showroom literature as well as view all branch and showroom locations from the same website - making it a practical single source of information.
“Installers are increasingly relying on their mobile phones or tablets to access websites on the move,” explained Jennie Richards, Online Marketing Manager at Graham. “As such, users no longer accept slow, clunky sites on mobiles or tablets – and why should they? Offering a mobile optimised site, accessible from all types ofplatforms and one that brings together everything customers need when out in the field, was an obvious conclusion. Installers accessing the standard Graham website on their mobile devices will be automatically directed to the new Graham mobile site. There will also be a direct link back to the main site for installers that prefer not to use the mobile optimised version.
