Brett Martin has promoted Neil Antrobus to the role of Regional Sales Manager within its Plumbing and Drainage division.

Antrobus will lead a team of six Business Development Managers (BDMs) in the central region. The 50-year-old from Liverpool has been with the business for nearly 20 years and is stepping up to the role following his colleague Paul Wadsworth’s recent promotion to National Sales Manager.

Speaking about his promotion, Antrobus said he’s excited about the next step in his career as a Regional Sales Manager with Brett Martin.

“It’s a privilege to be part of a business that really does put its customers at the heart of what it does and this ethos filters down to staff development too. I’ve had the honour of working alongside Paul for many years and I’m now looking forward to picking up the reins and building on the successes already achieved in this region,” he said.

“I work with an excellent team of committed salespeople in the central region, and one of my first tasks is to bring in an additional BDM to bring the team back up to full strength so that we can keep maximising the opportunities for growth.”

Sales Director Chris Dawson said that the promotions of Antrobus and Wadsworth demonstrate the company’s ability to promote from within, as it has a strong pool of talent to draw from.
