The move will see telecoms and technology support for members of the trade association.

The Builders Merchants Federation has appointed Complete Communications as a Business Service provider for telecoms and technology.

Complete Communications, who specialise in working with merchants and suppliers, will provide the Communications Business Service. This is designed to help BMF members streamline their systems and stay connected in a world where downtime and inefficiency can cost both time and money.

The range of services offered includes Business Mobile Solutions, Phone Systems and VoIP, Vehicle Tracking and Fleet Management, plus smart devices to monitor and/or automate critical areas of operation.

Each client's program is tailored to meet the specific needs of their business. This process includes a comprehensive review of existing services and usage patterns to verify the client's current requirements and identify potential areas for cost savings.

Mike Tattam, BMF Commercial Director, said: “We are extremely pleased to offer a Communications Business Service in conjunction with Complete Communications.  They have demonstrated a strong understanding of our sector and are already supporting several members, helping them to improve their operations and reduce costs.”

Jamie Kirkpatrick, of Complete Communications, added: "Complete Communications is excited to support businesses in the construction industry and its associated supply chain. Our goal is to help reduce operational costs across mobile services, phone systems, and connectivity, while also delivering excellent value in vehicle tracking and camera solutions. Additionally, we aim to offer flexible contract options wherever possible, enabling businesses to remain agile in a dynamic and often unpredictable economic environment."
