We’ve recently been engaged on a confidential senior commercial leadership search within the UK bathroom products sector.

The role sits within a well-established international brand with a strong design heritage, global manufacturing capability and a comprehensive bathroom solutions portfolio spanning ceramics, furniture, brassware, showers and accessories.

The business is entering an exciting phase focused on multi-channel commercial growth and market expansion. With significant investment in product innovation and a refreshed pipeline of launches, the organisation is looking to accelerate growth across several routes to market including:

  • Retail partnerships and independent showroom networks
  • Merchant and distribution channels
  • Project specification with architects, developers and contractors
  • DIY and e-commerce platforms

This leadership role will be central to aligning commercial strategy across these channels, strengthening key industry relationships and ensuring the organisation capitalises on its brand strength and product innovation to unlock new growth opportunities.
