Construction Supplies Hardware Ltd and Ironmongery Services Ltd, referred to as CSH Group, an established distributor of products for the construction and timber-buildings industry, have been acquired by UK-based investment firm Grow Logical Ltd.
The sale of the group, which has demonstrated strong profits over its 45-year history, is expected to enable it to capitalise on the opportunities of being part of a larger company group and build upon the growth achieved in recent years. CSH operates from premises in Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire.
