NORTHAMPTON: Gibbs & Dandy, has appointed a new branch manager, Simon Mutton. This is a role that concentrates on maintaining and building new relationships between customers and the company's Northampton branch. .
Mr Mutton is the perfect candidate for the job, with 20 years experience, seven of them working as a branch manager for DIY giant Wickes
In his new position as branch manager for Gibbs & Dandy in Northampton, Mr Mutton is keen to transfer his retail skills to the builders’ merchant environment, determined to build the branch’s portfolio of small to medium sized contractors.
Outside of work Simon is an avid sports fan and keen gardener, spending his spare time playing rugby, cricket and football with his three sports mad sons and tending to his garden at his home in Kettering. Plus, being a fan of Northampton Saints Rugby Club, Simon feels right at home as Gibbs & Dandy’s Northampton branch manager.
Commenting on appointment, Mr Mutton said: “Moving to Gibbs & Dandy has been a natural career progression for me.
