Our client is a privately owned, international manufacturer of technical building materials with a strong reputation for innovation, quality and sustainability.

Following continued growth and significant investment in manufacturing, R&D and infrastructure, the business is now entering a new phase of regional expansion.

As part of this evolution, the company is looking to appoint a Head of Marketing & Product Management to take ownership of a strategically important product portfolio and help shape a more structured, market-led marketing and product management capability within the region.

Working closely with R&D, technical, operations and commercial teams, the successful candidate will define product strategy, lead development and lifecycle initiatives, and drive clearer market positioning and go-to-market execution. The role combines category leadership, product strategy and marketing leadership, with the opportunity to influence the direction of the wider marketing function.

We are interested in speaking with commercially strong, technically credible leaders from within the building materials sector. Relevant backgrounds could include areas such as construction chemicals, sealants and adhesives, cementitious products, coatings, flooring systems, tile adhesives, waterproofing systems or ceramics, although candidates from other technical building product systems will also be considered.

This is a high-impact role within a business with clear growth ambitions, committed investment and the opportunity for the successful individual to shape a key category and play a visible role in the company’s next phase of development.

Candidates should ideally be based within reasonable reach of the North West or West Midlands, with flexibility to travel between regional sites.
