The Role
As HEAD OF SALES you will be responsible for leading and developing relationships with key target customers including Plumbing & Heating Merchants, National and Independent Builders Merchants, Merchant Buying Groups, DIY Groups, Wholesalers, Specialist Distributors, Online Sellers etc.
The role will be home-based and will require extensive travel throughout the United Kingdom.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be self-motivated with the desire to achieve goals and possess the ability to generate and convert business leads into sales.
Knowledge of the distribution route to market is essential along with previous experience in the construction market and an understanding of the building product supply chain, with experience is selling to Category Managers, Key Decision Makers and Procurement Teams.
