Hundreds of staff at sites in Raunds, Howden and Runcorn undertook a 24-hour challenge to collectively to reach 3,000 miles.

Howdens, the UK’s number one trade kitchen supplier, reports its teams nationwide have raised over £80,000 for this year’s Movember campaign, helping the company reach a total fundraising figure for the men’s health charity of £205,000 over the last three years.

A team of 60 staff members took part in an Expo-Expo run from Raunds in Northamptonshire to Howden in Yorkshire, for which the team raised £8,600, ran over 1,000km and visited 20 Howdens depots along the way.

Hundreds of staff at sites in Raunds, Howden and Runcorn undertook a 24-hour challenge to collectively run, cycle or walk 3,000 miles, and a cricket event at the company’s Wigmore Street office raised more funds.

Forbes McNaughton, Company Secretary at Howdens, said: “Our teams have embraced Movember over the past three years, and it has been fantastic to see staff across the country raise even more funds for this brilliant charity, working together to reach this amazing total of £80,000 for 2025.”
