Klipboard has announced the appointment of Chris Tocher as Chief Customer Support Officer, as Chris Owen steps down from his role to retire after a distinguished career with the business.
Tocher, who joined Klipboard in September 2025 in preparation for Chris Owen’s retirement, now steps into the role of Chief Customer Support Officer. Since joining, Tocher has led Klipboard’s Technical Support, Cloud Hosting, Managed Services, Professional Services and Client Success teams, bringing structure and strategic direction to customer operations.
With 20+ years of leadership experience spanning support, cloud and on-premise operations, service implementation, supply chain management and customer success for global enterprises, Tocher brings deep expertise to the role. His career includes senior leadership positions at Cisco and IMImobile, most recently leading global Client Services and Operations functions.
