As part of this growth, our client is seeking a dynamic and experience Senior Sales Manager to join their team .    

Reporting to: Managing Director   

As SENIOR SALES MANAGER  you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers. You will be responsible for promoting the company’s high quality joinery products and solutions, working closely with clients such as  Interior Designers, Main Contractors, Developers, Fit Out Companies, Construction Companies & Architects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop both new & existing clients
  • Coach, train, and mentor team members to enhance performance, develop sales skills, and support professional growth.
  • Lead and facilitate regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to review performance, provide feedback, and align on strategic priorities
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and quotations.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements, research accounts, identify key players
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
  • Maintain & expand your data base
  • Seeking out active sites and making the necessary contacts and winning enquiries & ultimately the business

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, supported by practical experience in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Experience within the building supply trade essential  
  • General Construction knowledge essential & knowledge of the Construction sector
  • Self motivated with the ability to work with a minimum of supervision
  • Confident and professional telephone manner  
  • Effective communication skills
  • Customer focused with sound commercial skills.
  • Good IT skills & PC literate and experience with Microsoft Outlook
