Talon Manufacturing has announced it will be directly supplying merchants in Northern Ireland, in the hope of delivering greater efficiency and service continuity.

The change is designed to streamline operations, improve responsiveness and strengthen Talon's service offer to its merchant partners across Northern Ireland.

Merchants can now place orders directly with Talon through recently appointed Regional Manager Gail Burns, who will be a single, consistent point of contact for all enquiries, orders and account support, ensuring a more transparent and efficient supply process. Burns brings in-depth experience of the Northern Ireland merchant sector, is on hand to support the transition and ongoing account management.
