The Heat Pump Warehouse has established itself as one of the most competitive sources for heating equipment in the UK market. Joule was one of the first manufacturers to partner with the company from launch, alongside other market-leading brands including Mitsubishi, Daikin, Hitachi, Samsung, CTC, Vaillant and Panasonic.
Founded by property investor Jonathan Jones following his recovery from brain cancer, The Heat Pump Warehouse was born from a vision for accessible renewable energy. Jones, who taught himself to write again after surgery and chemotherapy, began reaching out to manufacturers during his recovery and launched the online business in 2022. Within six months, the company reached £500,000 turnover, approaching £2 million by the end of year two.
