Independent merchant buying group The IPG has announced its first conference and exhibition.
Due to be held on 3 November at Mercedes Benz World in Brooklands, Surrey, the event will bring together IPG members and suppliers for a day and evening of business and networking.
"Our Conference will be enlightening for IPG members and suppliers alike," said Robin Beal, managing director of The IPG. "We will make clear our bold plans for the next three years, which will enable our merchant members to continue to grow and compete further against major groups and the increasing number of online sources. We will also be offering insight for attending suppliers on how they can benefit from the proposed member enhancement."
The Conference will also give attendees the chance to take part in exhilarating Mercedes Benz driving experiences on the famous Brooklands track. In the evening, delegates will meet for dinner at the Hilton Cobham, offering the chance to discuss and debate the opportunities ahead.
