City Plumbing, part of Highbourne Group, has announced changes to its senior structure, with the aim to to meet its strategic goals of building a stronger digital proposition, leading the industry through the energy transition, and supporting the profitability of its customers.

To strengthen City Plumbing’s market position, John Vaughan will take on the role of Business Performance Director, having previously held the position of Chief Customer Officer. Vaughan, who has 43 years of experience in the industry, will lead several key initiatives that span suppliers, customers, and sectors to achieve City Plumbing’s objective of leading the industry through the energy transition while enhancing customer profitability.

Maxine Cornelius will expand her current role as National Sales Director to become Managing Director - Sales. Maxine has been with City Plumbing and PTS for more than 16 years and is ideally positioned to drive sales and revenue for the organisation.

City Plumbing’s commercial division, launched late last year specifically to serve professionals working in the light commercial sector, continues to be headed up by Dave Griggs, Managing Director - City Commercial, who will now report directly to Dave Evans, CEO of Highbourne Group. Working directly with main contractors, mechanical and electrical installers and facilities management professionals, the commercial proposition is an important part of City Plumbing’s focus and future growth
