Vivalda Group has announced the appointment of Kristy Driver as Managing Director – Distribution.

Driver brings extensive knowledge and experience from across the construction and façade sectors. Her appointment further strengthens Vivalda Group’s distribution division, where she will work closely with Trading Director Andy Thomas to drive continued growth and performance.

Having spent the majority of her career within the construction and façade industry, Driver possesses a deep understanding of the market. Most recently, she served as Managing Director of FGF, where she played a pivotal role in transforming a struggling business into a successful and profitable operation. Her career progression began as an Admin Assistant before working her way to an Area Sales Manager role, followed by senior positions spanning product management, branch management, and company leadership.

In her role as Managing Director, she will oversee distribution brands BBS Facades and Vivalda, working collaboratively with the Group’s manufacturing businesses, including Pura Facades, MSP Facades and Prism Powder Coating.

Company Founder Peter Johnson will continue as Group Chairman, while Ben Jayes remains as Group Managing Director within the refreshed organisational structure.
