Carvers Building Supplies is announced Jade Mason as the company’s Employee of the Year 2025, recognising her outstanding contribution, dedication, and exceptional performance throughout the business.

Mason has been an integral part of Carvers for many years, undertaking a variety of roles across the organisation. She first joined the business in 2005, beginning her Carver journey in the Credit Control department, led by Debbie Norwood. She remained in this role until 2013, when she briefly left the company. 

In July 2014, Mason returned to Carvers as part of the Cashbuild Sales team, where she quickly made a strong impact and became a valued member of the department. Her commitment and capability led to a new opportunity in 2015, when she moved into the Plumbing team as Supervisor, working closely with Carl Roper and David Best. She continued to excel and was subsequently promoted to Plumbing Manager in 2019, a role in which she continues to thrive. 

Known for her positivity, professionalism, and strong work ethic, Mason is highly regarded across the business. She has consistently demonstrated excellence in every position she has held, making her a standout winner in a year that saw many exceptional candidates nominated for the award. 

Mason commented: “I am very honoured to receive the employee of the year award. It is a privilege to be recognised and I am grateful to be part of such a hardworking and supportive team. I would also like to thank Andrell and all the Directors for their support and encouragement over the years”
