The acquisition of TBS shows a commitment to grow Huws Gray in Northamptonshire and beyond.
Huws Gray Group has completed its fifth deal of 2021 with the acquisition of TBS Building Supplies based in Towcester and Daventry, Northamptonshire.
Established in 1978, TBS Building Supplies is a mixed merchant servicing both trade and retail customers.

The acquisition of a further two branches in Northamptonshire doubles the company’s presence in the county and reinforces its commitment to connecting its established sites across the UK.
