Marsh Industries has released a statement warning customers of price increases on off-mains drainage products from August 2026.
The statement reads as follows: "Over the past year, Marsh Industries has remained committed to supporting the industry by keeping price increases to an absolute minimum, despite continued pressures across manufacturing, transport, and raw material supply.
"Throughout ongoing global uncertainty and rising fuel and operational costs, we have worked hard to absorb as much of these increases as possible in order to help support our customers and maintain stability within the market.
"Unlike some manufacturers within the industry, Marsh Industries has chosen not to invoke force majeure provisions or apply short-notice surcharges during this period. Instead, we have continued to work closely with our suppliers and customers to maintain consistency of supply and pricing wherever possible.
"We fully understand the challenges currently facing the industry and have delayed passing on additional costs wherever we could. However, continued increases in raw materials, fuel, logistics, and operational expenses mean that this position is no longer sustainable as we move into the latter part of the year.
"As part of our annual pricing review, and in line with our contractual obligations to provide three months’ notice, Marsh Industries intends to implement a price increase of approximately 5.75% across our product ranges, effective from 10 August 2026.
"Our continuing goal remains to deliver the best products at the best possible price, supported by outstanding quality and customer service."
