New Chief Executive Office and Managing Director unveiled.

Tembe, one of the UK’s leading building and decorating suppliers has announced a new leadership structure.   

Founder Guy Malam will move from his current MD role to CEO & Sales Director, with Dell Fitzgerald, currently Sales Director South, moving into the MD role effective from 1 December 2025.

The new structure will give Malam the capacity to focus on Tembe’s growth strategy as CEO and importantly as Sales Director, spending more time with customers. Malam has dedicated 21 years to building the business from the ground up.

As Managing Director, Dell will lead the day-to-day running of the business, assuming all back-office and support function responsibilities, whilst supporting Malam in leading the commercial activity in the South.

Dell will work with the head office teams and functions to ensure we are delivering on our customer proposition and facilitate the growth opportunities.
