The new facility has been developed in partnership with key supply chain partners.

Civils & Lintels, part of the Huws Gray group of companies, has officially opened its first-ever national training academy at its ‘London Civils’ site in Hayes, near Heathrow.

The launch marks a significant milestone in the business’s ongoing investment in people, skills and customer service.

The new facility was formally opened by Huws Gray group CEO, Daksh Gupta, alongside colleagues and valued supply chain partners.

Developed in partnership with leading manufacturers including ACO Water Management, Fernco, Marshalls, and A.Proctor Group, the academy is intended to be a truly collaborative experience with those partners playing an active role in delivering product-led training.

Allan Wright, Managing Director at Civils & Lintels, said: “Investing in our team to provide best in class customer service and support is a must. Being able to deliver that, whilst also achieving mutual growth alongside our partners ticks all the boxes. I am genuinely excited to see this facility come to life over the coming months.”

Team members from across C&L will be able to utilise the academy to access structured training focused on product knowledge, technical competence and practical application. In doing so, it will further strengthen the team’s overall expertise and ensure they’re fully equipped to deliver best-in-class customer service while strengthening collaboration with key supplier partners.

Gupta concluded: “It has been an honour to officially open this new facility. Investing in our people is vital if we’re to deliver outstanding service for our customers.”
