Two promotions and a new recruit announced.
Specialist KBB, merchant and construction recruitment agency, and online training provider, Simon Acres Group Limited has promoted Sam Radford to Head of Recruitment and Lewis Morrish to National Account Manager - Merchants.
The group has also welcomed Vikash Patel who has joined the Oval Deene Recruitment team as a Recruitment Consultant.
Radford prides herself on being a people-focused recruiter with 23 years of experience in HGV, logistics, and permanent placements. Over the years, he has developed a real passion for helping individuals find roles where they can thrive, while helping businesses grow with the right people on board.
Morrish has been a member of the Simon Acres Group team for almost four years and has over 10 years of combined experience working within the KBB and merchant industries. In his new role, he will drive exceptional recruitment solutions for merchant clients and will be growing a team, while continuing to strengthen long-term partnerships across the sector.
Patel brings over five years of combined professional experience, including more than three years specialising in driver recruitment and two years in proactive customer service. Based at the Oval Deene Recruitment office in Tunbridge Wells, he will leverage his expertise to support candidates in securing their ideal roles, while ensuring clients have access to the very best talent solutions.
