Wavin has appointed Tom Pettit as its new Key Accounts Director.

Pettit brings more than a decade of experience in the merchanting sector, joining Wavin from tool manufacturer Starett UK & IRE. In his new role, he will lead Wavin’s field-based branch development team, supporting both large merchants and smaller independent businesses across the UK. His focus will be on strengthening and expanding Wavin’s long-standing distributor relationships. 

Wavin launched its new specialist team last year as part of its ongoing commitment to supporting builders’ merchants and the wider construction industry. The team are out in branches daily, offering practical support and building strong relationships. From tailored POS training to hands-on product advice across Wavin’s Hep2O and OSMA ranges, they are on hand to help merchants drive sales and make the most of Wavin’s expansive product portfolio. 

As part of his role, Pettit will oversee the rollout of the Keyless Hep2O across the over-the-counter market, while working closely with Wavin’s new Specification team to grow commercial market opportunities and maximise sales of Aquacell NG.
