Grant Westfield has appointed Donna Baird as its new Head of Customer Experience.

Baird brings a wealth of experience to her new position having worked in customer service for the last 19 years at a range of companies, including British Gas, Utility Warehouse, and Stagecoach Bus.

In her new role, she will be responsible for leading and managing the Customer Service Team while working closely with the Sales, Marketing and Operations departments to streamline the customer experience. She will also focus on delivering and implementing new strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.

Baird said: “Grant Westfield is growing at an unprecedented rate, and I am delighted to join at this exciting time. The team here are dedicated to creating the best experience for our customers.
