Wolseley Infrastructure has announced the appointment of Adam Franklin as Regional Director of Operations – South.
In his new role, Franklin will lead operations across 12 Fusion and Burdens branches in the south of England, with responsibility for profitability, customer service and colleague development, as well as operational standards, stock management, and transport compliance.
With more than 20 years’ experience in building materials distribution, Franklin brings extensive knowledge of the civils and utilities sectors, having held senior regional leadership roles within the industry.
He began his career at Wolseley as a forklift Driver, progressing through a range of operational and sales positions, giving him a deep understanding of the day-to-day realities of the business and the vital role that operational excellence plays in customer satisfaction.
Franklin said: “Wolseley Infrastructure is a professional, well-run and invested business. The passion and customer-first attitude I’ve seen since joining has been hugely impressive, and I genuinely believe we have a unique offering in the marketplace.
"My immediate focus is on continuing to enhance our customer service and developing our colleagues across the region. I’ll also be looking to strengthen collaboration between operations and sales teams, supporting key industry programmes such as AMP8 and the Great Grid Upgrade.
