Interior lining system manufacturer British Gypsum has appointed Stacey Temprell as Marketing Director and Paul Lake as Sales Director.

Prior to this role, Temprell supported the development of Saint-Gobain’s Habitat strategy in the UK and Ireland, and was Residential Market Manager at British Gypsum. Her new role will involve developing and rolling out plans for the company’s range of products and services. She will also be responsible for the development of the British Gypsum portfolio and brand.

Temprell said: “I am looking forward to this new challenge and working with the team at British Gypsum. I admire the company’s customer first approach and am dedicated to further delivering on its commitment to system and new product development, and training and skills.”

Lake has experience in both sales and general management at Ecophon and as Business Units Director for Saint-Gobain Ceilings for the UK, Ireland, South Africa and Benelux countries. In his new role, Lake will lead the company’s national sales team, working on customer plans, the achievement of sales targets, and developing products based on customer requirements.

Lake said: “With a century of technical expertise and experience, British Gypsum has established itself as a reliable manufacturer supporting the industry to build better. I am looking forward to working with Stacey to drive the company’s commercial strategy and to continue to raise standards in the construction industry.”
