Growing demand from builders’ merchants customers has led window manufacturer Crystal Direct to expand its merchant support team.
Merchants are provided with a personalised email and telephone number ensuring they speak to the same Crystal employee on each visit.
“We give merchants as much support and guidance as they need,” said Steve Halford, group managing director.
“As our customer base has grown we’ve added new staff so the support team grows at the same rate. It’s very important to Crystal that when customers call with queries or problems, they reach their own dedicated account manager, who they feel comfortable talking to. It’s just another way Crystal helps its customers.”
