Daikin Applied Service has announced the appointment of Paul Lewis as sales manager for the company’s recently established A/C unitary equipment division.
With steady growth of unitary sales over recent years and becoming part of the Daikin Group, now is the ideal opportunity for expansion as the company continues to diversify its offerings to provide a “one-stop-shop” service for all HVAC requirements.
Mr Lewis’ combined sales and engineering experience is tailored to fixed air conditioning solutions for split and VRV applications. Initially, he will be concentrating on nurturing key accounts and established relationships, as well as seeking out new business opportunities. He will also generate awareness of the company’s fixed air conditioning offering and gain further insight as to how Daikin Applied Service can assist and support FMs with site surveys and comprehensive proposals, R22 replacement and best practice and design.
Commenting on his new appointment, Mr Lewis said: “This is a very exciting time to have joined Daikin Applied Service, particularly having worked with this global brand for many years, from my initial inception as an air conditioning apprentice through to my present day appointment.”
Following the rebrand from McQuay Service to Daikin Applied Service in April, the company has enjoyed significant business growth, while progressing with Daikin’s global philosophies and forward thinking. “With Paul onboard, we have the confidence to succeed in delivering continued growth in this area year on year,” said Barry Coe, national service manager.
