Throughout 2021, the company is set to unveil a number of updates across its extensive product range and will continue to invest in further improving the efficiency and sustainability of its manufacturing processes.
To reflect the current and ongoing challenges faced by both professional building contractors and merchants, Everbuild has adapted and enhanced its range of customer support services including offering fully COVID-secure and socially distanced product demonstrations when appropriate, and providing detailed technical advice remotely via its highly trained technical services team.
The company has also created a dedicated COVID-19 support hub to help assist and advise its customer base throughout these unsettled and challenging times.
Looking ahead, Everbuild will continue to invest in its e-commerce and digital offerings and has recently established a dedicated e-commerce team to work directly alongside merchant customers who need help to improve their own websites and on-line presence.
