The team at bathroom products manufacturer HiB are celebrating following the appointment of 100th employee.
Engin Fehim joins as a Customer Service Advisor, Fehim’s addition as the 100th member of the team marks a huge milestone for HiB. In his role, Fehim will be responsible for upholding the high standards of customer service for which HiB is known. Previously a manager in the pub trade, Fehim’s background in customer relations will stand him in good stead for his new position, where he will be engaging with customers on a daily basis.
Engin said: “I am delighted to have joined HiB, and am proud to be its 100th employee. I have received an extremely warm welcome from the team, as well as a thorough two-week induction which made me feel completely supported.
“HiB is known for its fantastic customer service, so I’m excited to continue that reputation in my new position.”
