Huws Gray has launched a new website, providing increased convenience and greater personalisation.

Designed to deliver a faster, clearer and more reliable way to shop, the website provides increased functionality, with instant personalised pricing, real-time branch stock availability and over 45,000 products now available online.

Under the supervision of Chief Commercial Officer Adrian Wallington, the website was developed with driving customer excellence at the heart of the process. According to the company, it provides simplified navigation and faster fulfilment processes, while the updated Click & Collect service enables customers to purchase what they need when they need it. The new functionality is expected to simplify customer enquiries, with increased visibility online increasing branch sales teams’ time focused on in-store servicing.
