IronmongeryDirect has been recognised as the ‘Best Multi-Channel Brand’ at the ECMOD Direct Commerce Awards.
The title was given to the direct commerce company at the prestigious awards for multi-channel retailers and direct b2b marketers, after it demonstrated its exceptional profit growth to judges.
Over the past seven years, IronmongeryDirect has increased its turnover by over 380% with a 20% year-on-year average growth since 2006, despite the building and construction trade suffering a difficult economic climate in recent years.
Entries into the Best Multi-Channel Business or Brand category were judged on their overall performance, taking into account areas such as the company’s core values and customer retention during 2014.
