MHS Radiators has acquired a brand new 6,000 sq. ft. industrial unit in Rochford, Essex, to house the company’s assembly and finishing plant for cast iron and aluminium radiators.

The company has made a significant investment in the building as well as in a range of state-of-the-art painting machinery to cut lead times in half. It has also increasing capacity at its main distribution warehouse in Basildon by 50%.

Commenting on the new facility, Alex Bradley, Commercial Director at MHS Radiators, said: “Our business has gone from strength-to-strength in both the retail and commercial sectors, which is reflected in our seven-figure investment in this brand new building and associated machinery.

“Thanks to these new facilities, we’ll have successfully halved lead times on our coloured cast iron and aluminium radiators, which will be music to our customers’ ears! Plus, freeing up additional storage space at our Basildon warehouse benefits both MHS and our rapidly growing sister company, Modutherm, as it gives us even greater capacity to stock our most in-demand products.”
