To keep up with the strengthening industry, Natural Paving Products has appointed Andy Toovey and promoted Tim Rushton as part of the development of its sales team.
Mr Toovey is the newly appointed southern sales manager, and Mr Rushton will become sales manager of the north. The team aims to increase sales and further expand brand awareness by taking a targeted merchant only approach. They will continue to communicate Natural Paving Products’ people centred ethos to its customers and increase the company’s membership of its Approved Landscaping Professionals scheme.
Mr Toovey brings with him 27 years' experience in the hard landscaping industry, coming from Charcon, part of Aggregate Industries. Commenting on his new role, Mr Toovey said: "It’s great to move to a company that is so highly regarded at all levels of the industry and that has such a positive ethos. I’m looking forward to being part of a growing team and to building meaningful relationships with the customers in my southern region."
Mr Rushton joined the company in 2012, already having 16 years' experience in the market. Since starting he has significantly developed the company’s business in Scotland, including coordinating the new distribution centre at Grangemouth.
Malcolm Gough, business development director at Natural Paving Products, said: "The new structure of our sales team offers real potential for growth as we take a more strategic approach to looking after our merchants and helping them develop and increase their landscaping sales. I am proud to welcome Andy to the company and congratulate Tim on his new role. I believe the wealth of experience they bring will make them both key contributors in the future success of the company and I look forward to driving new successes with them in their new roles."
