Ridgeons’ Norwich-based branch has recently undergone a revamp as a result of customer feedback.
Work at the branch has been undertaken to optimise the customers’ experience and ensure that Ridgeons has the right products and expertise in line with customer requirements. As part of this, the whole site has been remerchandised and a number of changes have been implemented.
Internally, the branch has benefited from the relocation of the trade counter, which is now positioned next to the sales offices, which provides a more efficient customer service experience, according to the company.
Inside the branch, the ambience has changed to make it more inviting, through maximising more natural light. The core stock range has also been realigned and refreshed.
To help support customers’ delivery needs, an extra delivery vehicle has been added to the fleet, and for customers visiting the branch to collect items, additional customer parking has been made available.
Norwich branch manager Tim Wigby said: “The branch has a completely new feel to it and customer feedback is that it’s well received. Ridgeons has been located here for 13 years and the branch was due a refresh. We are now able to offer our customers a greater range of products and a much more efficient service, which makes for better business for everyone.”
