N&C Group has announced its acquisition of the assets of Ronacrete and its cement-based product ranges.
Ronacrete has over 50 years of experience in producing specialist industrial and commercial screeds, mortars, waterproofing and tanking systems, renders, paints, and concrete repair systems.
Becoming part of the N&C Group, is expected to enable the business to offer increased scale, manufacturing capabilities and wider technical expertise to help further grow the Ronacrete brand and its sales, while also increasing manufacturing volumes at the N&C Nicobond factory.
N&C sees this acquisition as a significant step in its continued growth, reinforcing its commitment to providing the trade with a comprehensive, high-quality product offering across tiling, flooring, and building solutions.
Founded in 1969, Ronacrete has built a reputation for its specialist screeds, concrete repair products, waterproofing systems, and more. Its solutions are widely specified across industrial, commercial and residential projects, particularly where performance, durability, and technical reliability are critical.
By bringing Ronacrete into the group, N&C hopes to enhance its ability to support customers from substrate preparation through to final finish, creating a more integrated, end-to-end solution for the broader construction sector.
Richard Hill, Company Director at Nicholls & Clarke, commented: “Ronacrete is a highly respected brand with a long-standing reputation for innovation and technical excellence. This acquisition aligns perfectly with our strategy to expand our product manufacturing capabilities and deliver greater value to our customers.
