Redring Xpelair Group (RXG) has appointed Joseph Holland as its new technical director.
In his new role, Mr Holland will be responsible for implementing the research and product development strategies across RXG’s four brands – Xpelair, Redring, Galaxy and Creda – as part of the company’s long-term investment and plan.
RXG has made some key new appointments in the last six months and is set to announce a major new investment at its UK HQ in Peterborough later this year, signaling the company’s intent to increase its marketshare and position innovation at the forefront of its future plans.
“The four RXG brands are known the world over and have an excellent reputation for quality, which is what really attracted me to this new position,” explained Mr Holland. “The Group is equipped with the expertise, staff and the infrastructure to move the brands forward.
”This is a new era for RXG as the building blocks are now in place to ensure innovation can flourish and our products can lead the market.”
One of Mr Holland’s biggest objectives as part of his new role will be to restructure the engineering side of the business, with a key goal being to “get the heart of the brands pumping again; reigniting the passion for innovation that brands like Xpelair and Redring were founded upon”.
