As well as being able to address queries over the phone, the team will also have access to Worcester's video calling platforms to offer added visual guidance.
Martyn Bridges, Director of Technical Communication and Product Management at Worcester, commented: "The market for smart and connected technologies is growing rapidly, so we're keen to be the first manufacturer in the industry to ensure installers and their customers have a dedicated team of experts they can call upon, no matter how complex their query might be.
"The nature of technical queries in this area tend to be quite different to those concerning boilers and heating appliances, so it seems logical to have expertise in this area."
