Next year's Builders Merchants Federation conference is to be held in Dubrovnik.
The conference will be at a 5* hotel in the Croatian city from 13 to 16 June 2019, and will be hosted by TV presenter Gethyn Jones.
BMF CEO John Newcomb revealed the location earlier today, at the NMBS All-Industry Conference in Italy.
Thanking the NMBS team for organising "the best NMBS conference I've been to" at a "fantastic venue", Newcomb said: "It is my absolute pleasure to officially take up the baton and launch next year's conference."
The BMF's 2019 event is themed Building Excellence and will be at the Sun Gardens hotel in Dubrovnik. The city was founded in the 7th century and became a World Heritage site in 1979.
"It's a beautiful city with its own unique culture and history," said Newcomb.
This will be the second time that Jones, a former Blue Peter presenter and Strictly Come Dancing contestant, has hosted a BMF conference - he was the host of last year's event in Budapest, where he won a 100% approval rating from attendees.
Among the key sponsors of next year's conference are Builders' Merchants News, Alumasc and Kerridge.
