SCOTLAND: A Travis Perkins depot is supporting the third annual Pink Slink at Banff and Macduff. The parade takes place on Friday through the streets of the North East towns to highlights the fight against breast cancer and is expected to attract 200 walkers.

Travis Perkins has thrown its weight behind the initiative by making a pink lorry available for use by the organisers. The company, which has a depot at Macduff, has chosen breast cancer as a charity to support this year.

Last summer's Pink Slink raised £10 500 which was donated to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary to buy equipment for breast cancer wards.
