The service has been designed for account customers and offers them a flexible and easy way to see actual prices and place orders. New users are required to complete a simple yet secure registration process, with unique login details posted out to them within five days.
Nicola Wood, marketing manager of PTS, said: “The online trading site has been launched to make life more convenient for our customers and is an added bonus for account holders. As a service that many other merchants don’t yet offer, we hope to provide the convenience of being able to place orders even outside of office hours while still supporting installers with advice and information through the extensive network of trade counters.”
